The wireless router is perfectly fine, my roommate connects no problem. My laptop also picks up all the available networks and the signal is fine as well. It just doesn’t finish connecting and it will go on forever if I let it. It was working totally fine until I came back from visiting my parents. While I was with my parents, I connected using wifi or on DSL through an ethernet cable.
I’ve tried repairing the connection, restarting, switching wifi on and off, and different networks. What should I install/reinstall or what else should I try doing? I can’t update it because i don’t have an ethernet cable at my place meaning no internet on it.
