I’m trying to hook the PS3 up to the internet.
I go settings >> network settings>> Internet connection settings>> Easy Wireless.
I then scan for my LAN and enter “none”, and then it tells me that
“A connection to the access point couldn’t be established. Check the security settings for the wireless LAN”
……what do I  do!!!

My parents decided to keep the cable modem and the wireless router in their bedroom and my 360 is in my room.
How can i go about playing Xbox live? is it possible to buy a wireless network adapter and get on that way although the router and modem are in another room?
